issues i have noticed since last update.....

#1 when you scan, nothing comes back.. or almost but its really faster... seems your caching is working.. a bit to well ? seems the lag behind finding a table and going there the buddies are not there no more....
#2 table open problem... subbmiting buf report as we speak.
#3 how does one use your builtin scoring ? higher scores = weaker players ? i see



26 hands.. middle score, but has -60 bb/100...

#4 anyway to filter out ourselves ?
#5 anyway to configure not only minimum hands but also minimum vpip ? or an option to add to your builtin score ?

i might add that ps updated 3 times in last 2 days as well, maybe the hook changed, and since we dont see why it returned 1... i do know that the ps client switches to that quick page.. not the main lobby

#3 - yes, higher scores are weaker players, but you need more hands than that to get a reliable score.
#4 - TableTracker just gets a list of seated players, and data is shown for all players, and you aren't filtered out.
#5 - You can add your own filters and custom scoring system via the Configure window. Check out the TableTracker guides.

For table opening make sure that the Main Lobby is set to the individual tables view - if it uses the combined views then individual tables can't be opened. We're aware that it switches the view to the Quick Seat view, and I'll remind the development team about that and see if it can be avoided.

i doubt it...

been playing for 1 hour 8 tables i have stats on users.... table tracker returns 0 tables...
also sometimes it resets the scoring system to none... you need to go back to configure -> builtin... not sure why neither

click buddy icon -> click one buddy -> click buddy icon to hide, click search

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

i have done that, and keep getting canned responses...

you can try on your side.. click buddy in the table tracker, then start search ;)

I only see one ticket under your account that was related to the "Games View" within the PokerStars lobby that was resolved (and added to our FAQ fwiw). Please do create another ticket for this issue.
